Yearly Service Contracts
Magellan ServiceYearly Service Contracts are in response to customers requiring immediate service support to keep their production going. Included with the purchase of a yearly Service Contract is an initial visit to assess the condition of the machine and to make adjustments/repairs as required. Then, during the course of the year, should a problem arise we will provide expert diagnostic support over the phone. Should the problem not be resolved within a reasonable time period, we will dispatch the next available service engineer to your location to make repairs as required.

Magellan ServiceYearly Contracts are currently available in the New England states, New Jersey, and parts of New York and Pennsylvania.
